1. Color masterbatch is a key factor causing color difference. The color quality of plastic products immediately depends on the quality of the basic color of the color masterbatch. The temperature resistance, permeability, and covering ability of color masterbatch cannot be used as indicators to test the quality of color masterbatch, and are directly related to color difference. Adopting high-quality color masterbatch not only helps to reduce color difference, but also improves the comprehensive appearance of injection molded products.
2. The temperature, working pressure, and melting time during the production process of mold injection molding can also cause color difference problems. In addition, production process factors such as mixing materials with different batch numbers and different plastic cover injection molding equipment can also affect the production process.
3. Reducing the temperature of the material barrel has an impact on color difference. During production and manufacturing, it is often encountered that a certain electric heating coil is damaged or ineffective, or a part of the temperature control cannot control long-term burning, resulting in a significant change in the temperature of the material barrel and causing color difference.
4. Reduce the impact of adjusting the injection molding process. When adjusting the basic parameters of the injection molding process for non color difference reasons, try not to change the injection temperature, condensing type, injection cycle, and color masterbatch addition amount. At the same time, observe the impact of changing the basic parameters of the production process on the color tone. If color difference is found, adjust it immediately.
5. If raw material factors have been removed before production and color differences are found in the production of plastic injection molds on plastic lines, it is only necessary to identify the problem of mixing the color masterbatch with the plastic masterbatch. Once established, adjustments can be made based on changing the injection temperature or condensing type. It is easier to ensure that you understand the trend of color changes.
